
Q: I am very busy, is it
difficult or time consuming to set up your service?
A: We try to make the changeover entirely painless. Our experts transfer data
from your existing payroll records, or, if you are using an outside service,
we utilize their records to transfer the data. In either case, very little of
your time will be needed in the transition.
Q: What happens when I hire
employees, can I add them to my payroll any time?
A: You may add employees any time. Download new employee
forms, complete the form(s) and fax it to our office (916) 388-7884. If
you use our Online product, you can key the employee information directly
into our software - no forms need to be submitted to our office.
Q: How do I report hours/wages
each pay period?
A: There are several methods available: phone, fax, Online, or our timekeeping
system that communicates directly with our system on a nightly basis. You decide
which system works best for you, with the freedom to change any time.
Q: Does Compliance Payroll
require a contract binding us to your service?
A: No. If you are not satisfied, our agreement can be terminated any time.
Q: Our office manager will
be on vacation at the end of our pay period, how will we get our payroll checks
signed and distributed?
A: At no additional cost, COMPLIANCE PAYROLL, INC. can scan your companies authorized
signature onto each pay check. We will stuff and seal each check into a windowed
envelope. This enables anyone to distribute payroll.
Q: Once you receive our hours
and other payroll information, how long until our payroll is processed?
A: We typically turn payroll around to clients in 24 hours or less. For direct
deposit clients, we need your information 48 hours in advance.
